UTV Core Exchange program
We are also the only company known to have a core exchange program. Just like auto parts core exchange it basically works like this. Refund price is determined by demand and cost for those specific units , most UTV units are between 100-150$ per shock and spring combo. We accept damaged units as well but the damaged parts cost is deducted from the core return. Example a bad shaft is around 50$ so you would receive 50$ core credit if you shocks are worth 100$ each .
*The purpose of this program is to provide customers with a fast alternative to the standard turn around time and to try and allow the customer to make an upcoming ride or event you may have planed with an unforeseen shock situation that may have arose. This is NOT intended to take the place of standard shock maintenance.
* Yes there is more cost involved with this over standard rebuild. The refurbishment takes into account replacement of all wear items, bump stops, valving, bushings on top of a standard rebuild as well as new springs and the fact we have to store these units until sold.
- You need a set of shocks in a hurry, You call up tell us your your specs and make sure we have core sets available
- You pay full price +15% (for the expidited service) for the set of 2 or 4 refurbished units with or without springs (you can keep you current spring color or take our color your choice).
- We expedite the build process since these core units are ran through our service department we usually can have a set ready to roll in 1-3 days ( we have had sets from order to delivery less than 24hrs for special situations)
- We ship you the set of shocks
- You remove your old units and install the refurbished set
- Take your trip and when convenient you ship your old core shocks back to us for a core refund .
- You get a core refund after inspection in 4-6 days from the day they are delivered to our shop.
