UTV Refurbished Shocks

These are some of our most commonly inquired about and sold UTVshocks setups. These shocks come fully refurbished with the following:
New OEM Seals and Wear bandsFresh Amsoil shock therapy fluid (5w or 10w Depending on brand)Valving setup per customer specs

1 Yr warranty against leaking or failure (Unlimited milage!!!)
*Fox units come updated with schrader nitrogen fill cap*

Also Available for additional cost is dual rate spring package , rated percustomer specs and/or spring color of your choice (color change is 200$additional for set of 4)

Polaris 900/1000S use the same calibration and spring setup while thegeneral uses it own valving calibrations and spring rates. Shock base setups
and dimensions are the same but the springs and valving is to light on the900/1000 to work properly on the general

Polaris 1000xp and Turbo XP run interchangeable shock setups , mostlyWalker Evans with either steel or aluminum body’s depending on years.Valving can be setup to run all version of these shocks for all years of the XP.

The Polaris 900xp , while both 900, run 2 totally different shockpackages and are not interchangeable, the oem valving is pretty firmright from the factory but with some valving adjustments, fresh rebuildand updated fill caps these are a pretty solid performing shock.

The old reliable 800s ,when the fox shocks are fresh and the valving andsprings are setup properly for what you use it for this little rig can ridefantastic. From the factory light spring rate and firm low speedcompression valving can cause ride quality issues .

hese were the original polaris rzr, 800c 50” Wide these used a verysmall shock in comparison to most utvs and the 800S shocks are notinterchangeable . Walker Evans piggyback clickers were the only oemshock setup to come on the 50” rzr 800.

These machines are so popular its ridiculous , the lack of a decentreplacement shock is a sappointment , while rare the fox coil over rc2units work great as well as a lot of the aftermarket shocks on the market.

These machines came with pretty decent shock package right out of thebox but the ride quality is nothing to write home about, Teryx fox shocksbenefit from increased shaft travel giving both lift and ride quality to the machine .

We stock many more shocks if you don’t see your machine please shootus a message , Also if you have Fox, Walker Evans, Elka, KYB , ect onyour machine currently even if the shock is broke in half , worn body ordamaged it will always be cheaper to rebuild over replacement. Ordering these replacements is more for an upgrade for lower equipped machines or if customers are in need of replacement sooner than rebuild service.
