Description

The most popular machine on the market these have been around since 2014 and there are so many different configurations we can use for these machines. The inherent weak point in the suspension system is the small front shocks, at only a 2.0 valving piston and main body the front shocks has a hard time keeping up with aggressive riders. But with proper tuning they can be made to work very well for most trail cruisers . With a fresh rebuild, valving and dual rate spring system we can set these up to customers specs and needs much more affordably than going with a whole new shock setup. Available as just bare shocks,  shocks with OEM springs, shocks with our TK’S dual rate springs or shock therapy spring dual rate spring system . Any of these options come with the following :

  • Shock service (oil, nitrogen, our labor )
  • OEM Seal kit
  • Shaft bump stops
  • New Internal wear bands
  • New head DU bearing
  • Valved to customer specs
  • New Eyelet spherical bearings (if needed)
  • New OEM Spring Setup if selected (BLACK)

The shocks still come valved to your specs but also valved for this dual rate spring system so if you plan to add a spring system to gain ride height back or improve ride quality or just to set the car up for your specs, if you do it right off the bat the valving is no additional cost like all of our refurbished shocks with spring packages.
