The legendary RZR 800S these machines are like a hammer we still see a lot of these units come through as both rebuilds and sales of these refurbished units . This machine in the early days of sxs’s was a great riding bigger step up over the RZR 800 (50″ wide) and these shocks were the main reason . When these shocks are setup properly and functioning properly this is a potent budget friendly trail rig . There are quite a few variations of fox units the RZR 800s 60″ wide used all work well and have there own benefits. We don’t give a choice which specific units you will receive but they will be fox piggyback clickers with single low speed compression adjustment . These machines suffered from weak OEM springs and firm valving setup . While the ride is acceptable with OEM setup there is definitely room for improvement with correct spring rate and valving setup.
These are refurbished units and they include :
These fit Polaris RZR 800S (60″ factory width) 2 Seat 2009-2014 .These can replace fox units or the non rebuildable Sachs shocks. THESE WILL NOT FIT THE RZR 800 50″ WIDE WE DO NORMALLY HAVE WALKER EVANS CLCIKERS IN STOCK FOR THAT 50″ RZR 800
The set of 4 shocks are refurbished so that includes :
- Shock service (oil, nitrogen, our labor )
- OEM Seal kit
- Shaft bump stops
- Updated double seal Schrader cap, If the pellet style cap came OEM, The 800S was the years fox was transitioning to the failure prone caps , if these had the Allen bolt style with nylon ball , that will be reused (Very good OEM cap) if the shock has the small hole indent in the cap(failure prone style) we will update it to the double seal Schrader. There is no performance gain from this cap it is strictly for reliability
