Description

This is a set of 4 FOX refurbished piggyback clicker shocks for a Polaris RZR 900xp 2 seat . These units are used core units we take in and refurbish in house . We prefer to sell these units as a core exchange only since we don’t have enough to normally sell outright but check with us first . This is a bolt on set of 4 shocks preload is set to factory specs and valving will be set to rider specs and spring specs depending on spring setup .

 

These fit Polaris RZR 900xp 2 Seat 2011-2014 these can replace fox or walker shocks the mounting is the same.

The set of 4 shocks are refurbished so that includes :

*Shock service (oil, nitrogen, our labor )

*OEM Seal kit

*Shaft bump stops

*Updated double seal Schrader cap, If the pellet style cap came OEM, The 900xp was the years fox was transitioning to the failure prone units , if these had the Allen bolt style with nylon ball , that will be reused (Very good OEM cap) if the shock has the small hold indent in the cap(failure prone style) we will update it to the double seal Schrader. There is no performance gain from this strictly reliability 

*New Internal wear bands

*New head DU bearing

*New Eyelet bearings/bushings (If needed)

*New OEM Spring Setup (Black)

This is just a replacement shock set, use your springs and hardware we just send a set of refurbished shocks .
Fox Piggyback clicker shock set with new oem springs

This is for a set of 4 shocks with new oem springs Basically a bolt on set with no additional ride quality over oem but added reliability over the failure prone cap.
Fox Piggyback clicker shock set with TK'S dual rate spring system

This is a fully refurbished shock setup with our TK'S dual rate spring system. This dual rate kit is a more basically dual rate system which utilizes the spring separator as the crossover. So the crossover point is non adjustable but this allows us to make a spring system that has less body wear and no crossovers to adjust or wear out. These kits work well for fairly stock weighted machines and standard trail riding and make a nice improvement in ride height and ride quality when we valve the shocks for this spring system which is included in this package .
Fox Piggyback clicker shock set with Shock Therapy Dual rate spring system

This is the same 4 shocks Valved and sprung to your specs with a shock therapy dual rate spring system installed. The main advantage of this system over the factory and TK'S dual rate kit is we have around 40 different spring combos to really get that ride height dead on while not adding to much preload . This is an ideal setup for customers that have some heavier weights on there car Maybe a lot of rear weight with no front weight or are using the car for a specific use or just want the best setup available . Valving included to matching the springs and customers specs.
