Polaris RZR 900S/1000S Fox monotube or Piggyback clickers shock package

Description

These Fox Podium performance series shocks are the factory offering for the Polaris RZR 900/1000S machines . These Fox shocks for the 9/1k “S” come in monotube (No Side Rezzi) or in piggyback clicker setup. Both shocks have the same base valving ability so if your the kind of rider who is willing and wanting to adjust the hydraulic firmness of the shock on the fly the piggyback unit is a good choice. If you not going to use the adjustable compression on the shock the monotube can achieve the same ride quality as the piggyback. The internal components are the same, flow and valving can be set the same. Both options offer a significant improvement in ride quality over the oem non rebuildable shocks or this is a great way to upgrade with 0 down time . We also offer these as just bare shocks if you just want to swap the shocks and keep your spring system for color or if you have dual rate already.

We can add dual rate spring system to any of these fox setups

We offer our TK’S Dual rate system which is a more basic but very effect setup to gain lost ride height or gain ride height over factory and gain ride quality by allowing us to valve the shocks to the new spring setup softening the entire range since your gaining your lost ride height and maintaining less preload. Our spring system uses 8 springs the upper spring crossover point is timed by the divider tail rather than an adjustable crossover. This allows us to build an affordable spring option but still offer them in a true dual rate setup.

We also offer Shock Therapy spring systems which allow us to really find tune the spring rate for your specs. Highly modified (weight wise) machines benefit from the setup since we can spec front and rear upper and lower spring systems separately when we build the spring system. These use an adjustable threaded crossover ring to time upper to lower spring crossover. We also have around 40 different spring combinations to use on 1 machine which allows us to really fine tune ride height and spring rate .  Good example of why this is important, if you have a spare tire, tire rack, cooler , tools and parts in the bed with nothing extra in front we would step the rear rate up significantly and the front springs we would go lighter . this is why the staged 1,2,3 systems are not as effective of a system to get correct ride height and quality.
